"Being that I had a Harley Davidson Road King shipped from the West Coast to the East Cost in roughly the same time it takes the US Postal Service to get a letter standard mail. That's pretty good!

On recommendation from the Dealer I bought from I choose Federal, the service was great, I check everything on my end once the bike arrived and there were no problems, not a ding, they even mark the smallest of nicks before shipping. Most of all I wanted to be able to track the shipment every step of the way, as is the case with any motorcycle owner, Federal made that a breeze. Price better than most, Service better than most, speed better than most.

Bike came a tad late, sucked as I had taken every other day off via vacation EXCEPT that day!! Snowstorm here and truck couldn’t make it up hill to my house! Dropped bike about a half mile downhill from my house! We ended up putting the bike on a plastic toboggan with me on it and towing it up the hill behind our truck! I skied my feet on the snow to keep bike upright. Can’t believe it actually worked. Unfortunately, I aggrivated my Achilles tendonitis and couldn’t walk for a week! Sucked!
